About
Sisterhood
As twin sisters we are very much the yin to each other’s yang and believe in a balanced approach to training your body and mind through yoga and interval training during pregnancy and beyond.

Our hybrid approach to training, combining our pre and post natal expertise in fitness and yoga, allows us to provide a holistic approach for mamas. We provide all the tools you need to feel body confident throughout your pregnancy and after, intune with changes to your (incredible) pregnant and postpartum bodies, strong and fit for labour and baby caring, as well as the ability to relax and calm your mind ready for birth and all the adventures that follow.
We take the pressure off knowing ‘what to do’ when you start your journey as a mother and squash any preconceptions or concerns around pre and postnatal exercise. We empower you with the tools to feel confident in your new and incredible body. In pregnancy, and in general life, our bodies work most effectively when we have a healthy balance of movement and meditation. At KiN Mama we believe our hybrid approach of incorporating fitness (including cardio, resistance training) and yoga into pre and postnatal wellbeing routines is key to a healthy and happy mama.
We get that for the modern mama it’s hard to fit everything into your week. Check out our profile pages below for our latest offerings.

I have always been happiest when I have been playing sport or being active. I qualified as a personal trainer back in 2016 whilst working in a PR role full time, something I had always wanted to do, but never had the confidence. I began to teach people in my lunch break, spinning classes and at the gym. I realised that although I loved being active myself, what gave me most satisfaction was helping others feel happier, confident and strong in mind and body.

With my first pregnancy I was advised many times to ‘slow down’ and ‘back off the gym’ and ‘put your feet up’ - grrrr - this did not go down with someone so used to working out! Although I knew my body deep down, as well as from my training basics in what I could and couldn’t do - it didn’t stop the seed of doubt slipping in, “was I harming my baby? Should i just stick to walking?” “How can I fit everything in - breathing practice, cardio, relaxation, weights?’. I also did a lot of online classes alone, not much fun!
After having my first baby, I again felt unsure on how to safely get my fitness levels back (with lack of time, sleep and energy playing a huge factor!) and contend with diastasis recti and general postnatal anxiety. This spurred me to go in search of expertise - from physiotherapists to trainers and scientists - there were plenty of amazing people out there, but I wanted to empower myself further so completed a pre and postnatal fitness qualification whilst pregnant with my second child… leading me to where we are today! I love teaching and guiding women at all stages of their lives, but specialising in pre and postnatal, and soon to be certified in perimenopausal and menopausal wellbeing, is so rewarding as these are such poignant times in women’s lives. I’m passionate about women understanding their bodies, feeling confident and most of all women realising their strength and recognising that fitness doesn't have to be one size fits all.

I remember coming to the yoga mat as a beginner for the first time - the feeling of breathing through the nose as if I’d never breathed before, feeling very tight and not flexible but at the same time the most relaxed I’d ever been! It was then and there something clicked and my journey into yoga began.

For most of my working life I was an Event producer based in the UK but travelling around the world. I was fully accustomed to poor posture from sitting at a desk all day, low on energy from the lack of sleep and much stress and anxiety! My place of sanctuary from the busyness was and still is the yoga mat.

I loved teaching others everything I learnt from the practice and qualified as a teacher in 2018 whilst in London. Since then I have been teaching Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Nidra and Yin Yoga in person and online within group classes, private sessions and within a corporate setting. As a qualified pre and post natal yoga teacher I offer strengthening and nurturing classes to support women through birth and the journey afterwards.

As a teacher I like to create a safe space for my students to unwind, connect with their bodies and breath and ease off all the aches and pains of pregnancy and being a mum! In my classes we also focus on pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and yoga nidra to calm the body and the mind. Taking time for self care and nourishment as a woman at this time in your life is so important and I like to hold a space for students to connect with like minded mothers in a supportive community.
